Petros works mainly with stoneware clay on the potter’s wheel, making limited series of functional ware and one-off decorative pieces. Integral to his practice is foraging local raw materials to make unique clay bodies and glazes. 

Having been born and bred in Athens, Petros is inspired by ancient and folk Greek pottery forms which he merges with his fascination of Japanese ceramic making techniques and values.
