Six-week improver course in wheel-throwing
£240
Running over six consecutive weeks at the same time each week, this improver pottery course is for anyone who has learned the basics of wheel-throwing and wants to continue to develop their skills with the support of a teacher.
The course is relatively unstructured to enable you to focus on practising wheel-throwing at your own pace. You will also be able to decorate and glaze any pots that you wish to keep. We have no limit on how much material you use but we make a small charge of £5 per kg of finished pottery on anything you choose to have fired. This works out as about £1 for a small mug. You will be able to collect your finished work four to six weeks after your course.
All of the pottery classes at Zed Alley Clayhouse are run by professional potters in our central Bristol studios. For more experienced potters looking for a workshop space, we offer membership to our pottery studio.
If you are looking for shorter workshops or something different then take a look at all of our pottery courses here.
